2. Service
WorkToolset provides web tools for transforming, reviewing, organizing and automating files and data. Many features marked as local run directly in the browser; some features use the server for accounts, synchronization or services that are explicitly disclosed.
Features, limits, requirements and access levels shown on the site form part of the service description. WorkToolset may evolve the product to improve security, compatibility or functionality.
3. Account and security
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report any unauthorized use you become aware of.
You remain responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to mandatory legal protections and rights.
4. Pro subscription, billing and renewal
WorkToolset Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription at the price displayed on the Pricing page when you purchase.
Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for WorkToolset Pro transactions. Paddle handles checkout, payment, taxes, receipts and invoices. Paddle Buyer Terms apply to the payment transaction alongside these terms, which govern use of WorkToolset.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, a subscription renews for the selected billing period until canceled. Subscription management and cancellation are available through the Paddle billing portal; cancellation prevents future renewals according to the terms presented to the buyer.
5. Your files and content
You retain your rights in files, data and content used with WorkToolset. For tools marked as local, WorkToolset does not archive the source file on its server.
You must have the rights and permissions required for the content you process and comply with applicable confidentiality, intellectual property and personal-data obligations.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use WorkToolset to break the law, infringe third-party rights, bypass security measures, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access to another person’s accounts, systems or data.
7. Availability and limitations
WorkToolset is provided with the features and limits described on the site. Outputs should be reviewed when used for important decisions. Temporary interruptions may be required for maintenance, security or technical dependencies.
Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
The site, interface, code, text and brand assets are protected by applicable rights, subject to third-party components and open-source licenses used by the service. Access to WorkToolset does not transfer ownership of these elements.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service or applicable obligations. The version published on this page governs use of the service, without affecting Paddle terms applicable to a specific transaction.
