1. Who handles refunds?
Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for WorkToolset Pro subscriptions. Refunds for transactions are therefore processed by Paddle rather than through a direct card refund issued by WorkToolset.
Mandatory legal rights remain applicable. Where Paddle policy or applicable law provides stronger protection, that protection prevails.
2. Eligibility
Paddle’s current policy states that transactions are generally non-refundable unless required by law, and that Paddle may also grant discretionary refunds under the conditions described in its policy.
For consumers in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, Paddle describes a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for certain digital contracts and the first subscription payment, subject to applicable rules and exceptions.
3. Requesting a refund
You may first contact WorkToolset support if the issue concerns service access or functionality. For the refund request itself, use the receipt or subscription-management link provided by Paddle, or Paddle buyer support.
If a persistent technical problem prevents access to purchased features, describe it to WorkToolset support so we can try to resolve it and, where necessary, document the situation for Paddle.
4. Canceling a subscription
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals. Unless a refund right applies or Paddle states otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund a period already paid, and access remains governed by the subscription period and Paddle terms.
Subscription and invoice management is available through the Paddle portal surfaced in your WorkToolset account when the subscription is active.

WorkToolset support: support@worktoolset.com. For refunds and payment operations, Paddle remains the party that executes the refund transaction.
